These Terms of Use ( hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or “You”, “User”) and Fininity OÜ ( a company with registration No.: 14523902, address: 3 Paadi tee, Haabneeme, 74001, Estonia) (hereinafter referred to as the “Fininity” or “We”, “Us”) for use of the website and all related services, features and content offered by the Fininity (collectively, the “Service”).
This website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned by Fininity.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
On our website, we offer the following types of services:
- Showcase of preliminary credit offers. On our website, we gather information about current credit offers from our partners and display them as a showcase of credit offers. You can click on a link to visit the partner's website and begin the credit application process directly on their platform. Please note: The terms presented in the credit offer showcase may differ from the terms ultimately provided by the partner.
- Preliminary loan application. Using our service, by filling out a questionnaire on our website, you can submit online applications for a loan. For this purpose, we transfer your personal data from the questionnaire to our partners so that they can check your creditworthiness and provide you with loan offers. We transmit the results (preliminary approval or rejection) obtained from our partners to you. Upon receiving preliminary approval for a loan, you have the right to proceed from our website to the website of the partner you selected to finalize the loan application. You are entitled to either agree to the partner's proposed terms and sign the loan agreement or decline and not sign the loan agreement. Please note: Fininity is not responsible for decisions made by partners based on information sent to partners. Fininity does not influence the decision-making process of partners. The approval process and the terms for granting a loan are determined independently by the partner.
Our partners are only licensed credit brokers and credit institutions.
Our services are free for you.
Please note: Fininity is not a credit institution. We do not issue loans, do not conclude credit agreements, do not assess your creditworthiness.
TERMS OF USE OF SERVICES
Our services are provided to persons over 18 years of age. Minors under 18 years of age are not permitted to use our Services.
When using the Service, you are prohibited from impersonating another person, providing someone else's personal data as if it were your own, or violating the rights of third parties in any other way.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided "as is". Fininity does not assume any liability including for the suitability of the Services with the user's purposes.
Fininity does not guarantee that the services will meet the User's requirements or that they will be provided continuously, promptly, reliably, or without errors.
Fininity is not responsible for any decisions made by the User based on the information provided on the website.
Liability for content
We are liable for our own contents of this website. However, our responsibility does not extend to monitoring third-party information or actively searching for potentially illegal content not directly created by Fininity.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of these pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, ongoing monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation.
